Quick-Park Electronic Parking Disc

We supported this project from the design and development phase through to the finished product.

F-Pipe Recess Pipe

The original orange version was produced in new PP material. It is now manufactured in PP made from old fishing nets supplied by Plastix.

Cup Holder

Originally made from new nylon, it is now produced entirely from recycled nylon.

The blue version is made from plastic waste collected along the beaches of the Danish west coast by the company Strandet.

The pink version was moulded as part of the Danish Cancer Society campaign “Support the Breasts.”

Quint

Special edition in blue and yellow to support refugee children from Ukraine.

Urn

Made entirely from biodegradable material.

Playground at Randers Hospital – Kompan

The playground was produced using plastic waste from the hospital itself.

Fischer Lighting

Components produced for the lighting installation at The Blue Planet aquarium. The material is PP made from old fishing nets supplied by Plastix.

Recycled Plastics

Components that were previously made in new PA6 are now produced entirely from recycled plastics sourced from other customer products.

2K Solution

A 2K solution is chosen when a part design requires two different materials — typically a combination of a hard and a soft material. The component in the image is made in PA6/TPE, but other combinations are possible, such as PP/TPE, ABS/TPE, PC/TPE, or any of the above materials combined with a TPU type.

Insert Moulding

Insert moulding of threaded bushings in brass or aluminum can be advantageous when high thread strength is required.

Metal Replacement

From stainless steel to plastic:

Component for the fishing industry where stainless steel has been replaced with glass-fiber reinforced nylon.

From die-cast aluminum to plastic:

The component was originally die-cast aluminum and has been replaced with glass-fiber reinforced nylon.

From stainless steel to plastic:

Another example of metal replacement with reinforced plastic.
